At Onboard Sportswear, we are committed to ensuring you have the best gear for your performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. If your new kit doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process makes it easy to get back to your training.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure they remain in resalable condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
